The 6th China Electric Vehicle Battery Module and PACK Innovation Technology and Process Development Forum was held in Pinghu, Jiaxing, Zhejiang Province from August 1st to 2nd, 2022. The forum activities would focus on the two major directions of "system design" and "intelligent manufacturing" for power batteries. Guangshun Testing, as a sponsoring enterprise for the speeches, participated in this forum. Guangshun Testing delivered a technical speech with the title of "Innovative Helium Inspection Scheme from Cell to Pack" as the theme of the speech.

Mr. Wang introduced to the participating guests that Guangshun Testing adopts low helium detection technology for helium detection at the Cell end. With actual cases, he demonstrated to the guests the significant economic benefits generated by low-concentration helium detection in the cell detection segment. Besides the application at the Cell end, this low-concentration helium detection technology has also been applied in many cases such as battery trays and liquid cooling plates.

Apart from the low-concentration helium detection technology, Mr. Wang focused on introducing various types of helium detection equipment such as PACK package cumulative helium detection equipment, suction gun helium detection equipment, etc., as well as various application scenarios. Especially the cumulative helium detection equipment was widely used in production line detection, process development, after-sales service and other scenarios.
